And more importantly this game came out. The name is Doukutsu Monogatari, and it's designed by a guy who calls himself Pixel. It's an ultra cutesy action game with adventure and puzzle elements, a Dokodemo Issho-like design, catchy BGM, and a nice level up / level down weapon system.
