News: Merregnon 2 gets Japanese release

The German Merregnon soundtrack CD project, which uses game composers to 'narrate' high-falutin' fantasy stories in orchestral and choral form, continues to forge on. It seems Merregnon 2, whose full tracklisting includes tracks by the seminal Yuzo Koshiro (sample MP3), as well as contributions from the continental European game music royalty, including Chris Huelsbeck, Gustaf Grefberg, and Olof Gustafsson is now being released in Japan by Dex Entertainment. Dex also appears to release Charles Bronson DVD box sets, as well as soundtrack CDs for Hitmaker/Sega's Key Of Avalon arcade game and even a previously IC-mentioned Samurai Spirits box set from SNK - an interesting melange of products.
