News: Phantasy Star Online homebrew quest

There have long been unofficial servers for the dreamcast version of PSO, but now there's also a homebrew quest! The author is french, so the dialog is very frenglishy, but it's quite cool to see people doing things like this with the game. Thanks to Sweaterfish for the news.
