A savvy gamer and programmer from France has created a set of tools that allows one to extract character and monsters models from FFX & FFX-2 for viewing on a PC. You can also get all the character models for both games via a Chinese FF fan board here and here. If either page is giving anyone problems, they have been mirrored at this GAF thread where one can also check out examples of the crazy degree of care and attention that went into their creation (i.e. tan lines).
