News: Ys Strategy revealed friday

Scans are already running around the web, but next friday will see the official unveiling of Ys Strategy. A logical date as it will coincide with the release of the new Famitsu, the opening of the game's official website and the new Falcom newsletter. We can already confirm the game is an RTS in the spirit of Age of Empires. The character design looks well-executed (and familiar - isn't this a designer from Capcom?), but first in-game screenshots look rather unexciting. Much more information to come in two days.
