News: Armored Core 4 delayed

As of today it has been announced that Armored Core 4's release date has slipped to the 21st December. That's exactly seven days longer I'll have to wait, which is clearly inexcusable.

No specific reasons for the delay have been stated as yet, though it has been cited that From Software's CEO, Naotoshi Zin, made the call to halt the release. However, development of the Xbox 360 port hasn't been affected apparently and will still hit its ambiguous street date of "sometime early next year".

For those that are mildly curious, the same thing happened to Armored Core 2's launch way back when the PlayStation 2 was but a fledgling console. Thankfully all is not lost though, Sandlot's Chikyuu Boeigun 3 will make its release on the 14th December. Giving it a full week to kick Armored Core 4's customisable ass. Yeah, in your face From Software!
