News: Game Pro versus Edge in Italy

gameproedge.jpg Italian game journalism is in a state again. Matteo Bittanti (we like him, remember?) recently said "The British elevated game journalism to a form of art. The Italians simply bought the rights and translated, adapted, and localized existing assets." He's probably referring to the new magazine GamePro. It's got nothing to do with IDG's GamePro, but rather is a reprint of Edge in Italian, with a stolen name. Rather an odd choice, I'd say! Turns out Sprea bought Future publishing in Italy, so they have the rights to reprint it. Not sure it's ethical to use that name though... ProTip: Don't steal names. Ahhhhh I had to.
