NSH.jpg Namco Super Heroes is an awesome yet also disappointing doujin fighter from a fellow named Hiroyuki and his doujin circle (which I think is just him) called Misato Giken. The awesomeness comes from the fact that the game uses lesser-known Namco characters as its base - Bravoman, Wonder Momo, Rick from Splatterhouse, Valkyrie from Valkyrie no Densetsu, and Gil from the Druaga games. The disappointing thing is that in the version you can download (click the first link in the first url I posted), you can only play as Bravoman and Wonder Momo. I'm not sure if a full version was ever released, but he's stopped working on the game as of 2006, according to the front page. It uses sounds and some graphics from the Street Fighter Alpha series, but otherwise seems mostly original. If anyone knows more about a fully-playable version let me know, because all the animation seems to be done... the guy clearly has a love for this stuff - he calls the super attacks Namcombos! I hope he comes back to finish the job!
