Forgot to mention this a while ago - Utawarerumono, the famed PC Leaf visual novel/strategy RPG has gotten an English translation patch. Find it here if you've got the game. Thanks to Insert ¥en for the link. The translation group Mirrormoon has a number of other pretty interesting translation projects. They have an Arcturus translation ongoing, which is good, since there was an English demo dating back to 2000. There are also complete translations of Melty Blood (and ReAct), and Tsukihime too. Good stuff.
