News: CFC 2 English patch released

Flavor has released his Card Fighters 2 Clash English patch at long last, so grab it while it's hot. This is the NGPC original, for those who don't know, and it was never translated or released in the U.S. Just before the release, he also ported the RACE NGPC emulator to the PSP.
