News: R-Type Command preorder bonus

Just in case you didn't see, if you preorder R-Type Command for PSP, you get a little R-9 figure as well. The game is $40, which is pretty damn high, but I'm getting it anyway, because hex-based tactics games are worth supporting. Plus, Nich Maragos did the localization, which is also worth supporting.
