News: Postback update

Speaking of Postback, Recap updated just a few days ago, with a few new reviews and editorials (in Spanish). There's an essay on Capcom's ability or lack thereof to make a proper new Street Fighter, reviews of The Great Battle III for SFC, Rupupu Cube: Lup Salad, and Stahlfeder for PSX, and finally a feature on scanlines, Recap's old favorite. Worth reading, or at least looking at the pictures if you can't read Spanish!
