Buriki One - Akatsukimaru vs. Python: Here I'm fighting a friend, who is using Rob Python. I kind of beat him up for a while at the beginning, but he really makes a come back. Akatsukimaru is actually one of my favorite characters to use in this..
Buriki One Character Select
Ryo vs. Gai: I was messing with resolution shortly before doing this one, so it came out kind of odd looking, but oh well. Gai is the hero of Buriki. He has some interesting throws, including one where he sort of " climbs up " on your back and twists your arm... I guess he's kind of cool, but why use him when there are characters like Ducalis and Ryo?
Ryo vs. Heyting: Hayting is a professional wrestler. He can be very vicious if he grabs you, as you can see here... damn, I need to learn how to actually hold people in grabs again. -_-
Silber Intro: This is Silber, the boss of Buriki. He's a homeless freak who wanders about looking for strong fighters. You don't fight him if you lose any matches while playing through. He's difficult, and does about twice as much damage as everybody else. Pray you don't get hit with the " leg guillotine " . :D
Ryo vs. Silber
Ryo vs. Yong Song: Seo Yong-Song is a student of Kim's. I loathe this guy. >_< He has crappy balance, though, so throw-based people can toss him around like a toy. Actually, now that I think about it, this is true of Ryo, as well...
Gunforce 2 - Final Boss Failure: The game that inspired the Metal Slug series, I'd wager. It even uses the same sound effects... Great fun, has a lot of cool vehicles and stuff in it MS doesn't have. The early bosses are VERY Metal Slug... Great game overall.
GF2 - First Boss
GF2 - First Stage Mid Boss
GF2 - First Stage Part One
GF2 - Stage 2-2
GF2 - Stage 2-3
GF2 - Stage 2 Boss
Out Zone - Stage 2: Oh, MAN, do I love this game... What ever happened to Toaplan? :( Anyway, we seem to be kind of " sucking " in this game, but keep in mind we were playing it sideways while capturing, (I don't remember if it's safe to turn a monitor on its side, and besides, mine wouldn't balance that way, anyway. >_<) and that's not an easy feat.
Shin Contra - Crawler Tank: Exciting. One of the more difficult bosses in Shin Contra ( Jinmengyo being the easiest ) Plays classic music here ( anybody who can name which Contra it's from gets... hmm.. something I haven't decided on yet. :D )
SC - Gomeramas King: Ah, yes, a classic selection of aliens. Everybody knows Gomeramas King ( the heart ) but this is probably the easiest incarnation of him I've seen. Shame. The worm is also very easy; no idea what his name is. I suggest splitting your fire up when fighting the two kimkous; the survivor becomes much more difficult, so if you've already wounded it badly, you won't have to fight him as long.
SC - Menchi Worm: Ugly, and a cool fight. Don't even think about trying to grab on to the ceiling, he'll rush you if you do.
SC - Preshando and Gyabba: Prashando is completely new, but he's cool, and has a good feel ( and a predictable pattern. :D ) If you want to see more of the latest version of Gyabba, the master of Red Falcon... play it yourself!
SC - Yokozuna Jr: Great boss. Very flashy, and likes to zip around the place for the hell of it. Hate the " buzzsaw " part.
SC - Yokozuna Sr: What a way to start a level out. :D Looks really menacing, but isn't very difficult.
Dragon Half Intro: This is the intro to Dragon half (obviously). The game plays a bit like Sugoro Quest, in that it's a board game RPG. You roll dice, fight monsters, try to complete quests you get by landing on various spaces, etc. It's a lot of fun with a couple of people playing.
Gotzendiener Intro: Again, speaks for itself. This game is a lot of fun, but it isn't terribly exciting to watch. It's also unusual in that you get to play as the " princess " who needed rescuing (the rescue attempt failed pretty horribly this time around..)
Haohmaru vs. Deku: Back to the first game, with a little bit of everything, including extreme damage, special move lag, and an easy ring out...
Tempest 3000: A bit of Tempest 3000. This segment of stages has my favorite song in the game. As an interesting note, this game goes on forever after the 124 level or so, the stages are just randomly generated ( the names are, too, for some interesting combinations like " Flying gorillas on the lam " and " The great flaming goat caper " )
Yuga Healing move: Yuga can regenerate life. He's actually easily knocked out of it, but he heals regardless of whether you do or don't... I don't hit him in this one, because it looks cooler if you don't. :D
China Gate: I hate this game. I would advise you never to play it, unless you like short, ultra-hard boring games which seem something like an incomplete bubble bobble/beat 'em up combination. It's sad, really, it's a Technos game, and they normally do great stuff.... I get the feeling this game was never really finished, though. Yeah, it's that short.
Gandara again!: This is Gandara. He's actually Taizan's dead baby son turned in to a monster by Yuga. As you'll notice, he deal out massive damage while taking almost none. Most of his attacks are unblockable, too. He's incredibly difficult with some characters, but there are a few he's actually quite easy to beat with (Asura and Kazuki come to mind) simply because they both have attacks that do almost 50% damage ( more in some cases ). These are of little use in a real fight (actually, Asura's is still pretty good) but Gandara is so slow you can actually hit him with them.
Time stop: This is Yuga's time stop move. It's not even a super. I'm going to bump the difficulty all the way up some time and see if he abuses it really badly..
ranged throw examples: Just showing off Yuga's cheesy ranged throws. Fun, especially when he grabs you out of the air from the other side of the screen.
Shura Ukyo vs. Yuga: This is Yuga's first form in Asura Zanmaden. He has the classic " homing " regulars of Samurai Tamashii, and is incredibly hard (of course) but he has nothing on True Yuga, and he's missing many of his cooler moves from ST (shame, really, but I guess that would make him too hard)
Yukihime vs. TiTiCaCa: Okay, the colours get a bit messed up whenever I try and capture from this game. It's annoying, but I can't seem to fix it. Anyway, this is from the
game " Metamoqester ". It's a co-operative fighting game where your
characters travel the world and fight various " ethnic " monsters. TiTiCaCa
is a large Incan robot. He's the second slowest opponent in the game, and
isn't too difficult normally, but I die in this anyway. -_-
Yukihime vs. Gengoroh: Gengoroh is a big ol' Japanese demon with the kanji
for " oni " tatooed on his arms. He's the easiest opponent, as long as you
keep on attacking him, and don't let him get up to any of his dangerous
stuff.
Sonic the Racers: Volcanic Vault: The first stage in the Sonic arcade game. This game controls with a trackball, and was never released for a home
system. It's a lot of fun, but isn't really that hard.
Icey Isle: The second stage. Some cool effects with the ice in this stage, but they don't display well in the capture... keep in mind this game is entirely 2D. ^_^
Hanzo vs. Taizan: Okay, here I demonstrate some of Hanzo's throw chains. He has a lot more, but I can hardly fit them all in to one movie. I'll make
another showing some of the others some time.
Sub-form Yuga: This is Yuga's second form of three; sometimes you don't fight this form at all. I have no idea what determines if she stays in this form
for a bit or not. Regardless, Yuga is probably SNK's most diffucult boss, in my opinion.
Winds of Thunder intro: Speaks for itself. Good shooter, some game play movies coming up. I'd list the names of all the people in this movie, but you probably wouldn't care.
Battletoads: SMASH! Just having some fun with the " hunk of concrete on a
pole " .
